KY Multiscale Gen 2 welcomes a new partnership with LARRI, the Louisville Automation & Robotics Research Institute. The goal of LARRI is to advance knowledge in the fields of robotics and automation across both traditional (e.g. computing, communication, energy, etc.) and emerging fields (e.g. smart healthcare, multiscale robotics, IoT, etc). LARRI is comprised of a multi-disciplinary team of faculty, staff and students that have a combined expertise in the emerging research areas related to automation and robotics. LARRI's multi-disciplinary approach allows its team to tackle large research projects which promise to provide solutions for current and future manufacturing, healthcare and logistics challenges.
