Call for Abstracts (Only Accepting Posters)
Poster Abstracts must be submitted by July 22, 2019. Authors should indicate preference for poster presentation, as well as their institution and contact information on the form below. The one page abstract described below will serve as your final manuscript. This manuscript will be distributed electronically at the symposium. Please be sure to review the abstract checklist before submitting the form below.
Abstract Guidelines
Abstracts must be 1 page long and follow the provided template (button above).
All abstracts must be submitted in PDF form (see instructions in template).
Must only submit abstracts for poster presentations at this time.
How to Submit
Fill out the form (if we don’t receive your form submission we won’t be able to look for your submitted file) below and email your final pdf file to ana.sanchez@louisville.edu
Please use the following naming format when saving the file and before you email it "Uploader's last name - uploader's first name - title of abstract" (minus the quotes).
